Aikido is the art of conflict transformation - embodied. Aikido means the way of harmonizing universal energy. It's good physical exercise and so much more. A training for body and mind, that both grounds and opens us, to a compassionate and authentic way of relating to each other and the world.

Getting Started

We offer a few different options this fall, allowing you to slowly ease in, or dive right in. You'll find yourself welcomed in an inclusive, supportive and friendly atmosphere.  

The practice

For fitness, self development, inspiration, and community. We always feel good after practice.  Indoor classes have resumed, with BC Vaccine card required. Outdoor and online classes also available. 

About our dojo

Dojo literally means the place to train in the Way. For us it also means the community we co-create, supporting each other in our growth and learning, on the mats and off.
